Dashboard Page
Once you've logged into the Ecotrak Techs mobile app, you will be presented with a dashboard which will help you navigate seamlessly through different modules on the app.

π¬ Help Center - Chat with our Support Team with any inquiries.
π In-App Notifications - Mobile users now have a Notification Bell that displays the same notifications they receive via email and push. All relevant alerts appear directly in-app for quick access and improved visibility.
π¨ My Tools - Quick access to modules within the mobile app.

πMap View - Access to navigating the Work Order map view to see your current location, as well as store locations for your current open Work Orders. You will also have the ability to view work orders at the bottom of your screen.

Work Order Module
To view a list of Work Orders, click on the Work Orders icon at the bottom next to the Home icon.
Keep in mind, there may be some filters already in place. You will be able to change them based on what you are looking for by clicking on the Advanced Filter Search on the right hand side.
Managing Work Orders
Work Order Details: Aside from information pertaining to the Service Request placed, the details tab of a Work Order will show you the following:
Asset Info
ETA Provided
Action Icons to push the Work Order through the workflow
Store Information
Requested By
View NTE (Not to Exceed Amount)
Possibly Warranty Information
Attachments: Any images related to this Work Order submitted by the customer.
Comments: A section where you can follow up with the customer on ETA, updates, etc.
Notify users: Select users to notify for your internal team and/or your customer. By selecting users here, it will provide them with an extra notification/nudge as long as notifications as appropriately set up for that user.
Public vs. Private Comments: The ability for you to make a Private Comment to your team internally. All Public Comments are visible to everyone with access to the Work Order
To push this Work Order through the workflow, click on Accept. Once the Work Order has been accepted, it will prompt you to provide the customer with an ETA for awareness.
Once the Work Order has been updated with the Accepted status, you will be able to update the Work Order with the appropriate statuses.
Note: If you cannot see the rest of the statuses as shown in the screenshot below, this means "Enforcements" are turned on from the customer side. You'll need to select each action icon in order to see "Complete". This feature allows customers to know what status the Work Order is currently in vs. just hitting Accept and then Complete.
Once a Work Order has been marked as "Complete" a pop up will occur confirming you'd like to complete the request.
Submitting Your Invoice
Upon completion update, action icons to "Add Proposal" and "Add Invoice" will appear. Select "Add Invoice".
Once "Add Invoice" is selected, you will be prompted to enter in your invoice information here.
Once you've entered in all the pertinent information down to Labor, Travel and Material, click on "Submit Invoice" down at the bottom for it to be sent to your customer for approval.
Submitting a Proposal
If you need to submit a proposal against a Work Order that may be above the NTE amount or if the job requires more than what was initially requested. Click on "Add Proposal" and you will be able to fill out what you need to get to your customer.
Once you fill out the first portion of the Proposal, you will proceed with the amount required to get the work complete. Click on "Review" to proceed with the submission.
(Please note: If you are trying to enter an amount here that indicates it does not match your Rates & Terms, you will need to update this in your profile.)
Settings/More
Within this section you will be able to view other Customers you may work with, Assets, Settings, Preferred Language (in Settings), Logging Out.
This is also where you'll be able to see the current version you have of the Ecotrak Tech Mobile App.
